Values written into the native file, not a wrapper

A lot of "auto-fill" tools just generate a separate cover sheet summarizing what you would have entered. BidBuster writes values directly into the submission file itself: the actual PDF AcroForm fields, the actual DOCX template placeholders, the actual XLSX cells. What you submit is the form the agency asked for, filled in, not an extra document stapled on top.

Formats supported

  • PDF AcroForms: fillable PDF fields matched by name and written in place.
  • DOCX templates: {{ }}-style placeholders replaced with your profile data.
  • XLSX spreadsheets: label-to-adjacent-cell matching for structured forms.
  • Plain text / CSV / Markdown: label-and-placeholder replacement for simpler submission formats.

If a fill ever fails for any reason, BidBuster falls back to the original, untouched file and generates a companion responses PDF instead. A form is never left corrupted or half-filled.

Frequently asked questions

Does BidBuster fill out W-9s and similar standard forms?

Yes. W-9s, certificates of insurance, bonding forms, and other common submission forms are auto-filled from your Master Profile whenever the values are already on file.

Does it write into the actual PDF, or just generate a separate summary?

Both. BidBuster writes values directly into PDF AcroForm fields, DOCX template placeholders, and XLSX cells in the original file. Where a form isn't a fillable template, it generates a companion responses PDF instead. It never silently skips a form.

What happens to fields BidBuster can't fill?

They're left flagged as manual with no guessed value, so you always know exactly which fields still need your input before you submit.

Where does the auto-filled data come from?

Your Master Capability Profile: legal entity details, certifications, procurement codes, past performance, key personnel, and boilerplate text, entered once and reused on every RFP.
