About BidBuster

BidBuster is built for contractors who respond to government and institutional procurement: UN / UNGM tenders and US State, Local, and Education (SLED) solicitations. We handle the repetitive, compliance-heavy work of an RFP response: reading requirements, tracking a compliance matrix, filling submission forms, and running a QA pass. That way your team can spend its time on the parts of a bid that actually win: strategy, pricing, and the proposal narrative.

Why we built this

Responding to an RFP is research-heavy and unforgiving. A single missed mandatory requirement can disqualify an otherwise strong bid. Large proposal shops handle this with dedicated compliance staff; smaller contractors often can’t justify that overhead, even though the underlying work is largely mechanical: read the solicitation, map it against what your organization can already prove, and track every requirement to closure.

BidBuster automates that mechanical layer. You build a Master Capability Profile once (certifications, procurement codes, past performance, key personnel, boilerplate), and every RFP you upload draws from it automatically. AI decodes the solicitation into a compliance matrix, auto-fills submission fields with full provenance, and flags what still needs a human. Nothing is ever auto-submitted; every filled field and every AI-drafted response is something your team reviews before it goes out.

• QA engine: automated and manual checks for mandatory gates, addendum acknowledgment, and price-leak prevention before you submit.
• Native document fill: values written directly into PDF AcroForms, DOCX templates, and XLSX spreadsheets.
• Teaming analysis: score potential teaming partners against an RFP’s requirements to close capability gaps.

Founder

BidBuster is built by Syed Subhan Gillani, Founder & CEO of MH Technologies LLC. MH Technologies is a SAM.gov-registered software firm that has spent years delivering custom software, mobile apps, and AI solutions directly to State, Local, and Education (SLED) prime contractors, work that meant living inside the same procurement rules, compliance standards, and RFP requirements that BidBuster now automates. BidBuster grew out of that firsthand experience: building the tool we wished existed for tracking every requirement in a solicitation and getting a compliant package out the door.
