Billing FAQ
Do subscriptions auto-renew?
Yes. Monthly and annual plans renew automatically at the then-current rate unless you cancel before the renewal date. Full details are in our Terms & Conditions.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access until then.
Are refunds available?
Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable and we don’t provide credit for partial billing periods or unused time.
What counts as a “bid”?
One bid is one RFP you create in BidBuster, whether uploaded directly or imported from Discover. Your limit resets each billing period; Pro plans have no limit.
